All sales are final. As a limited drop brand, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your hoodie arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days at getupapparelau@gmail.com with proof of purchase and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Change of Mind

We don't offer change-of-mind returns. Please check sizing carefully before ordering — our hoodies run true to size with a relaxed street fit.
